Mmmm... Butter Pecan Lattes are my current addiction! I had to make the switch to Second Cup when Starbucks left the mall near me, now I'm addicted...better then STarbucks lattes any day

I was a Starbucks regular when I lived in Texas, but it was mostly because I had no other choice!

Second Cup is definitely better... but I must say, I really enjoy Timothy's as well!

My wife says second cup isn't very popular and Starbucks isn't that good. She reminded me we went to Second Cup in Montreal. We did like Coffee Time better than Tim's if you can believe it.

Blech, I hate Starbucks so I chose Second Cup. Though I prefer coffee shop coffee (e.g., Tim's, Country Style, etc.) versus cafe (e.g. Starbucks, Second Cup) coffee.

Unfortunately, Second Cup actually lives up to its name--the beans used are second-rate.

IMO, Chomps (a Calgary chain whose "cash-cow" is desserts) makes far better coffee than either.

Well I'm partial to Second Cup because it is across the street from my finacee's place. Starbucks always seems like it has been in the pot a couple of hours too long.

In the states if you are looking for a decent cup of coffee try Dunkin Donuts. Every one I have ever been in has had good coffee.

TH is the best though.

I'm not a fan of Second Cup, and the only thing I like from Moonbucks is the chai they have, which is the only coffee place around work for a ten-block radius. (Yes, in Vancouver, believe it or not.)

However, I make up for that loss with the genuine Timmy Ho's in the college cafeteria.
