Hi all,

We are at the NVC stage and still have to submit the AOS. Is it advisable to upload the DS5540 at a this time as well? Or best to fill it out and take it to the interview if asked for?

It doesn't show up as a required doc but there is an option to upload it in the additional docs. Everything I have read says "may"- you may upload it or you may bring it to the interview. I'm not sure what is best to do. Anyone with recent approvals/interviews, your help is greatly appreciated :)

I am not sure either,  I don’t remember NVC asked for it when we submit our documents during March 2020 but it’s best to take it to your interview just in case.
