That's the problem right there.....imho.

There was an immigration lawyer who recently shared on her N400 Naturalization Progress page on Facebook that the immigration fees were going into immediate effect, when we all knew that the news advised it was happening Oct 2, 2020.

 

I have said the above to show you that immigration attorneys do not always share accurate information 🤷‍♀️

Uscis took that long. At a certain point we were quite sure they had lost the petition. Then it reappeared. Then, compiling DS260 has been a nightmare. We had to pay a lawyer to do it because captchas kept deleting all the data. Yes It Is extenuating.
