I was told that I don’t meet the minimum income requirement(21,550 a year), but I do. I petition for my husband. I live alone.

I make over 27k a year in 2019. They sent me two messages at the same time, first message is it says minimum income requirement and joint sponsor may be submitted and then second message says I can submit my assets to the NVC website. Does that means I do only assets, I don't have to find a joint sponsor?
