VSC still hasnt touched our packet. We're kinda worried now especially my fiance Wilson who's the petitioner. But i don't make him noticed that i'm worried too. I always tell him that it's ok, our application is not the only one which is pending.

He had planned to visit me again here in the philippines in july. He had bought tickets and got his vacation approved by his managers but after 3 weeks, one of his boss came to talk to him and told him his vacation has been denied. damn damn damn! :ranting: my poor fiance was so upset. I couldn't look at his face like that. :(:crying: So I just tried to cheer him up and told him not to worry about it. I also told him we're gonna punish that manager and his co-worker who was against of his vacation. We're gonna feed them thousands of baluts and will never ever let them poop.

Wilson wanted to quit sooner. He's been one of the company's best employee, he treats everyone nicely and does favor even though it's not part of his responsibilities. He's still confused on what to do right now. He said if I can't go to his place which is in NY, he's gonna give up everything, sell all his properties, and live here with me. :crying: i was so touched. He knew how scared I am to go out of the country. But his profession is one of the things that can make him happy that's why I want to be there for him. I know I'll be fine as long as he's with me. We missed each other so much. :(

Shai,

Indeed, this process is anything but speedy. You have "only" been in the system since january, so the wait will be a while. Not trying to put you down or anything, just being upfront.

As for Wilson moving to be with you that sounds great - if he can, and if he can maintain US income and US residence at the same time - both are needed for your affidavit of support I-134.

My free and maybe unwanted advise: don't make hasty decisions. Take a deep breath, talk about pros and cons and make the best decision for both of you.

Best of luck, L.

The waiting has just began :). Just be patient. I think you got your NOA1 relatively fast :)

Hey guys,

Hang in there. On my list, you're #31 i believe.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...p;#entry1003975

So it is probable that when the people in front of you start getting NOA2s, you will be coming up soon.

Best of luck!

Patience is something that this process requires of us all. You received your NOA1 at the beginning of this month....and Vermont Service Center is much quicker than the California Service Center. You should have your approval in no time. Some at the CSC wait closer to 4 months now to receive approval....so your wait time is definitely not out of the normal, nor is it something to be 'worried' about this early.

Good luck to you!
