Just because they chose to leave it out on their website doesn't mean it isn't meant to be classified as immediate family.

Speculative and wishful thinking.  That argument and $3 will get you a cup of coffee.

They didn't say H, L or B.  Maybe they are as well.

Citing the website of a less-than-transparent agency whose internal documents have contradicted the contents of their site won't get you anywhere, either.

This suit isn't going to hinge on whether or not fiances are immediate relatives. In any case, I'll leave the argument and the coffee up to the attorneys.

I have been all around the internet searching everything I can find or think to enter for searches and I cannot find a single thing pertaining to a "Class Action Lawsuit" in relation to specifically "K-1 Fiance" Visas. Maybe I am bad a searching. But from all the reading and searching I have done thus far, All I can find is that "Tweet" from Greg Siskind (Whom has "Co-Counseled" as part of and as member of the AILA) about those overseeing the Aker Vs. Trump Litigation is "Considering Suing over K-1 Visa Delays". The Challenges brought against the Proclamations and their enforcement thus far have only been in relation to Student Visas and Diversity Visas as well as them ramping up to take on Work Visas. The Student Visas had a win in allowing currently enrolled International students to resume their visas if their college can prove that their classes are not 100% online and this will only last for 1 year as well as to the exclusion of new applicants (and also this one will be going back to court). All of the above mentioned categories have legitimate sources and documentation. However, there is not one single "legitimate" source or document or even status regarding K-1's with the exception of non-legitimate sources such as twitter tweets or change dot org surveys and a multitude of email addresses and microsoft doc's asking for your information. None of which have any direct, traceable affiliation with AILA or any of the members or partner attorney's.

(In my opinion Twitter, FB, Instagram, tiktok, grinder, tinder, whatsapp, etc..... are not credible sources and neither are they official in any way shape or form)

Though I would like to see the AILA take on Specifically K-1 Fiances and the delays related to processing very much, but I would like to see Professional affiliated sources and contacts in order to get involved

Does any one know anything more than that?

Siskind and Co. announced their pursuit of this possible case yesterday. If you are interested in being part of it and learning more about where it's headed, fill out the form. Not sure what more you are looking for? There is no precedent for this case, and it is likely not going to be a class action suit.

They have their own website and blog with news letters, yet they mention nothing about it their. I am hesitant to complete a random microsoft doc online from a twitter feed. If they posted literally anything about it on their website, blog or news letter, and it was linked from them officially then I would be all in.

His Twitter is verified and its also on their law firm's Facebook account... the form isn't asking for any more information than what you already provide on this website,  other than your case number. Super low risk, bud.

He also initially brought it up last night during his live session, which was recorded and will be on the website if not already. Its around 16 minutes into it.

Per DS-160, an official government document, it clearly states:  Immediate Relatives means fiance/fiancee, spouse (husband/wife), child (son/daughter), or sibling (brother/sister).

This makes K1 visa 'mission critical'.

The Supreme law of the land is the federal law. What does the federal law say about who constitutes a family? I leave it at that🏃🏃🏃

A fiancée is a whole lot more family than a professional Athlete. Yet Professional Athletes are getting their visas done.

The difference lies in the consulate conducting other visa business while unreasonably delaying K1 issuance.

What is the specific law that it violates though?
