Hello everyone. 

 

Me and my husband are trying to file the application for me for the adjustment of status and green card. 

I am getting crazy for all the amount of papers to complete and proofs to provide. 

My husband is active duty in the Army and I was wondering (and hoping) if the doctor on base can complete the I-693 Report of Medical Examination and vaccination record for me? Anyone with the same experience than mine that can answer me please? Also, if the answer is yes, do you remember how much does it cost?

Find a doctor here https://my.uscis.gov/findadoctor

 

Complete medical report with no vaccine given is 200-300, vaccination is extra but if you have insurance, you can ask what vaccine you need then you can go to Walmart for cheaper. You can call in to know first.

I paid $200 last month in Los Angeles. With vaccination $300.
