As stated above, there is no fee to be collected under eligibility category C09.  Be sure to include a copy of your NOA I-797C for adjustment of status and submit the most recently published versions of forms.

Just curious does your wife's renewal EAD card was given 1 year for validation? Cuz your wife 1st EAD expired at end of Dec,2020 but why her renewal EAD is good till December 2021 but not 180 days thats half year?

You can renew as early as 180 days before the EAD/AP card expires. I would do it a few days after the window opens. File as early as possible to be safe. That is what I did for my wifes EAD/AP card, a

You should see the notice soon, it will usually say we received your application for EAD/AP, and we will use the current bio metrics we have on file ( They may need you to do new ones, but I doubt it)

Hello

I just submitted my application for EAD and Advance parole renewal- I added all the document but forgot to add the two passport style photographs. I am scared they will return my package- has anyone had this issue. please tell me how you went about it. I will appreciate all the help I can get.
