IR2 NVC sent the case to US embassy Manila. What’s next? NVC sent us a message that the expedited my sins case and sent it to US embassy Manila. We still didn’t get any mail or phone call. We don’t know what to do next, do we need to just go to St likes for medical without any notification? What papers need to be completed... thanks for the help

@MaureenH how did you request to expedite in NVC? I requested an expedite for my daughter's petition. I email them last week and I haven't heard back. I also email the US embassy in Manila. They said the documents are still with NVC therefore they can't review my case.

I hope you get to find out what's next. And If you don't mind, kindly let me know how it turns out. Thank  you. Best of luck to us.

I'm still waiting for an interview schedule myself (I'm probably low-priority since I'm an FB-1 applicant), but my understanding is you do need your visa interview letter with you when you have your medical exam (https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/MNL-Manila.html#medical_exam_instructions), so you probably have to wait for that. But yeah, that's just my understanding of the guidelines in the site I linked.
