Don't remember the date of previously submitted Affidavit of Support

Hi, guys!

I need your help. My fiance, the US citizen, is completing the I-134 form for me, and he has a problem with item 23. He was previously married (9 years) through AOS, and I am pretty sure he submitted I-864 for his ex wife. The problem is that it was a long time ago (2006), and now he does not remember when exactly he submitted that Affidavit of Support. Of course, he also has no records left:( 

Does anyone know where/how he can obtain that information? Or...will it be a big deal if he writes a year of submission only?
