USCIS Request for Evidence

I submitted form I-129F in February to request a K1 visa for my fiancee and a K2 visa for her daughter. Today I received the attached document from USCIS. First of all, I never received form I-797E that is mentioned in the letter,. But my question is, is the person that they're requesting the date of birth, name, and address for, my fiancee or me? I would think that it's my fiancee, but then wouldn't they be asking for a country as well?

The 797E is an RFE. Are you sure they didn't mail something before? Maybe you did not receive it?  Check the USCIS website with your WAC and see what it shows
