2 questions we had prior to submitting our petition

Page 2 12a: address history-

Provide your physical addresses for the last five years, whether inside or outside the United States. Provide your current address first if it is different from your mailing address in Item Numbers 10.a. - 10.i.

So my current physical address is what I put for 10a-10i.

From 12a: do i put my previous address which I lived in prior to my current address?

I moved 3 times in 5 years due to school.

Page 8 question 57a-58f:

If the beneficiary's native written language does not use Roman letters, type or print his or her name and foreign address in their native written language.

My beneficiary is an indian citizen. Her family and her live in the UK. Her parents speak the native language which is malayalam. But she doesn't know to write the native language. What should we do for this section?

Leave it blank ?

Start with where you lived before your current address. Work back through the 3 addresses you mentioned.

Leave it blank. If she doesn’t know how to write it, then it’s not her native language.

In the specific question, indicate "Not Applicable".  No need to repeat her address.
