Hello Everyone hope you all ok have quick questions thank you in advance. My husband is US citizen he owns a small landscaping business he can afford to hire two or three people. I have my brother back in my country we would like to bring here on work visas  through my husband small landscaping business.My questions is it even possible for us to do so?if yes what's the process?Thank u Everyone.

No. There are PLENTY of people in America that can do landscaping. Unfortunately your brother would not qualify for a work visa for this type of job.

Not how it works. If that was the case, there would be billions of people looking to get employment like that here. Work visas are tough to get. They are mostly done by big companies. The overall cost of a work visa is in the thousands per employee. And takes a lot of paperwork. Also, the company must show that there is not a  US citizen who can perform the job. This is extremely important to protect American jobs. Because of all of these requirements, work visas have a higher requirement like College Degrees and experience in the STEM field (stem means Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).  Labor jobs like landscaping and cashiers at supermarkets and such would not meet the high skilled requirement for work visas. If it was like that, it would complete overwhelm an already overwhelmed work visa category with many people in the world looking to come here to make money.
