Hi Everyone,

I became a US citizen last year and was planning to bring my mother to US. Nobody knew everything got complicated since Pandemic has occurred that results to increasing prices for petitions. Anyways, I do not really know where to start, I tried to get consultation from Immigration Attorney but they charge $200/hour which I think ridiculous. Could you tell me in short what petitions I have to fill out and which order to send them out to USCIS. Any advice will be appreciated.

Follow the guide on the menu on the vj page ... parent ..IR5 visa.. no need for a lawyer. It starts with the I130 and supporting documentation ...
