IV Bill fee

hi to all... the IV fee bill was generated last march 6. and until now my husband did not receive it...is it normal? thnks..

It shouldnt take that long if it was generated on 6 march. I would be giving them a call and let them know you have not received it. The automated phone number is playing up some on the automated msg side and randomly hanging up, but you could try pressing 5 after calling to speak to an operator.

my husband gave them a call already and the NVC said that we should wait for a week more...what is the cause of the delay? thnks aussiewench

From all I have seen they are usually pretty good with mailing out promptly after a form or bill has been generated. The waits usually come prior to generations and for them to enter things in the system once they have received them. All you can do I guess is wait another week. Shame the IV Bill is the only one that cant be self generated or you could just do it yourself. I hope you hear something soon.
