International flight to Manila, then a local flight to Bacolod - Are two Swab tests needing to be paid?

My Mother-in-Law's flight (Non-OFW) back home is scheduled, leaving this THU for Manila. She has to take a swab test when she lands and wait for clearance. Once she gets the paperwork, she then needs to get on a local Air Asia Flight to Bacolod Island....

My question is, will she (actually WE) have to pay for ANOTHER swab test due to going on a new (but local) flight and to a new island?  She will likely fly 2-4 days after landing depending on how long the first results take...

We cannot find any information on this. I want to make sure we give her enough $ if that's required since she's NON-OFW and we have to pay for all of this.

Thank you in advance if anyone knows this. Thank you!

Try contacting the airline.

When I was checking on travel from Manila to Legazpi, the airline (Cebu Pacific) stated there was a mandatory 2 week quarantine if you were coming from another province but it did not give any specifics about coming from Manila after you have tested negative.

Not sure why you would have to take another since you were tested and been quarantined in a hotel, then only went from hotel to airport with "hopefully" other negative tested passengers.

But then again.... it's the Philippines.

My friend parents went back home a few weeks ago.  They had to do the 14 quarantine in Manila,  after that they flew to Davao and their house is in a province about 40 minutes south.  They were allowed to self quarantine in their home, and as of now they are in self quarantine.

It seems as if each area has it own rules . There is some American in Leyete who traveled to the local BI office to extend his tourist visa and had to quarantine for 14 days on a basketball court in a make shift quarantine facility
