The Real Problem with Joe's Dementia

By Sally Zelikovsky - August 15, 2020

[...]  Like many Americans who have cared for parents with dementia, I witnessed my father's decline firsthand and, sadly, Joe Biden is presenting exactly as my father did in the early stages -- right down to the vacant look in his eyes.  While I am neither doctor nor expert, physicians and other medical professionals rely heavily on caregiver observations because [...]

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

It isn’t far-fetched to anticipate a president in the White House who forgets to dress, thinks night is day, wanders aimlessly in the middle of the night looking out windows, opening drawers, trying to get somewhere else.  The laundry list of behavioral changes is vast and not conducive to a functioning presidency.  However, he will be propped up by Jill and his handlers, groomed, medicated, and fed, and might appear just fine at the next day’s events, even reading from notes and teleprompters… until he forgets how to read, what the notes are for, or how the teleprompter works.   Forget about multitasking, handling complex economic or geopolitical issues, and running the country 24/7.

Or making decisions that may affect the lives of thousands of military personnel.  If Old Joe wins, I hope someone else is in charge of the football.

Don't worry, she will be.  And I'm sure she will hit a homerun.

Thoughts,

Ms Zelikovsky acknowledges that her credentials in offering this diagnosis is limited to her experience with her father and offers scant proof that Joe Biden has the same symptoms as her father.

There are 10 or more types of dementia with Alzheimer's being more than 50% of the dementia population, she doesn't say what type her father has.

She doesn't claim to have met Joe Biden in person and would not have the clinical background to perform and evaluation if asked. She claims the symptoms observed :

"confusion, aphasia, and incoherence"

How do you measure that? In what context are you evaluating the man?

It is not impossible that the disease is present, no evidence has been put forth. Based on the articles posted on American Thinker by Ms Zelikovsky, the evidence seems to be she doesn't want Democrats to succeed for multiple reasons and may be projecting her personal tragic experience.

She is unqualified to offer a diagnosis.

Very true, except it really doesn’t matter if Joe is in the early stages of some form of dementia, it only matters how the voters perceive it.  This is why we had so many armchair psychologists trying to say there was something wrong with Trump back in 2016.  Additionally, Joe Biden is not helping himself much with his own actions and words.
