While filling out the I-129F, questions 23-33 ask about my fiance's parents (City/Country of residence). They crossed over to the US from Canada a year ago and have been working/living in the US this whole time. I'm not sure what to put for their city/country of residence and if their over-staying will negatively impact our application. We have no control over what they do, so I would hope we don't get affected. Any advice/insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

Even if they still get mail/file taxes in Canada? Would I put their Canadian residence or US residence?

A mailing address is not the same as a residence.   I have an address where I receive mail, it doesn't make it my residence.

What address are the parents using on their US tax return to report their US income?

They are not filing the US income since they are not citizens/residents. I'm under the impression they are getting paid under the table. I understand what their doing isn't legal, but we have no control of what they are doing.
