hi all, we are submitting our I-130 form for the IR1 petition and I was wondering does only the petitioner need to include the 2 x 2 passport photograph or is it the petitioner and the beneficiary? We tried checking on the USCIS and travel.state website but we could not find additional information. Thank you.

Did you read the i130 instructions?    I believe you are referring to what is documented on page 6 of those instructions.

Which clearly states they are the petitioner's passport photo's.  Unless the spouse is currently in the USA, then you provide

theirs too.
