Should all children be listed on Form I-751

Me and my conditional resident wife had a child here in the US after our marriage. Our son is a United States Citizen. In Part 5 it says to list all of your children so I am assuming we should list him. However, in the instructions I read the following: If you have dependent children who acquired conditional resident status on the same day as you or within 90 days thereafter, then include the names and Alien Registration Numbers (A-Numbers) of these children in Part 5. Do you list all your children or only ones needing to have conditions removed. Thanks.

List All your children.  If they have A-numbers, you include that information.

Yes list all your children.

Your US citizen child does not have an A number and is not applying with you but is living with you.

 

Your children are good proof of your bona fide marriage. Send copy of birth certificate.

 

Include all your children in your family as directed.
