Hello everyone. So my mom petitioned my siblings last March 2012 and they are in F2b category. Two weeks ago, we informed NVC that our mom became a US citizen almost 3 years ago and they were able to update her status in their record and changed the category of my siblings from F2b to F1. Now, one of them is here in the US through L1 visa. Just today, we received an email from NVC with their nvc case and invoice number. How are we going to proceed for the one who is here in the US already? She works in a big accounting firm here too. How will be the affidavit of support? She can fully support herself her now. Does the petitioner still need to fill up the affidavit of support?
Thank you so much in advice and stay safe everyone.
