Is the beneficiary (canadian) allowed to be on my (the petitioner, US) lease agreement for apartment here in the US And can that be used as evidence? She is here 6 months out of the year and was put on the lease. Can this be used as evidence? Or does this show intent to immigrate?

It's evidence of both.  Of course, she has intent to immigrate.  You are filing to start the immigration process.  Right?

Yes. So she is allowed to be on a lease here in the US and that can be used as proof of bona fide marriage?

Yes, but you know that because she is already on the lease.  Yes, it's evidence of both bona fide relationship AND intent to immigrate but her intent to immigrate is already understood.  No evidence required and evidence of same is not a negative.

Yes she is already on the lease, and yes I understand that the application is the intent for her to immigrate however I thought already having her on the lease without a visa is a no no
