Hello Everybody !!

Let me tell you guys my brief history !!

I am brasilian married to a american citzen both living happy here in Brasil.

By the time we decided to start the process the option to DCF was not available here in Brasil so we are in the K-3 route.

NOA 1 From I-130 Received May-07

I-129 F sent to Nebraska by mistake last week waiting to see what happen ( hope they will transfer case soon )

The question is i see that you guys have had I-130 cases touched many times, going to USCIS page We have never had our case touched.

Am I looking in the wrong page, where exactly this information appers to the costumers ?

Could you give the right link please !

2007/04/10 - I-130 Sent

2007/05/03 - NOA1

2007/07/16 - I -130 RFE email waiting for the letter.

2007/09/18 - They sent a new letter as we did not get the first one ...... praying to get it as soon as possible !! Please.

2007/09/26 - Got the letter .. long history .. Docs Sent .. Thanks GOD and all my VJ`S friends

2007/09/29 - RFE Docs arrived there ... nightmare over !

2007/10/03 - Touched .. DID THEY FIND MY RFE DOCS ? I REALLY HOPE THEY DID.

2007/10/05 - Touched... They got the docs for sure .. We got a email .. ok everything is fine ..

2007/10/08 - Touched

2007/10/09 - Touched .. Now we are talking

2007/10/12 - APPROVED

2007/10/19 Touched

2007/06/18 - I-129F Sent

2007/07/02 - I got a MSC number but still waiting for NOA1

2007/07/10 - I got NOA1 from I-129F

2007/03/08 - TOUCHED for the first time .. TKS

2007/09/21 - TOUCHED Thank you GOD

2007/10/12 - Touched

2007/10/15 - APPROVED I just got the email We are jumping for joy !

2007/10/19 - Touched

2007/11/07 - Case fowarded to Rio de Janeiro Consulate ( My husband called NVC )

2007/12/18 - Interview APPROVED

2007/12/27 - Visa in Hand

2008/05/04 - POE - Chicago

AOS Journey

2008/06/28 - Forms and support documentation sent to the attorney office.... God Bless us ....

2008/07/02 - AOS Sent to USCIS

2008/07/08 - NOA Received

2008/07/30 - Biometrics Appt

2008/09/08 - RFE

2008/09/28 - Second RFE

2008/11/26 - EAD Card Approved 2008/03/24 AOS INTERVIEW AND APPROVAL

Hello supernova. The online case staus is where you can find out if your case has been touched. Here is the link:

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/login.jsp;...V7FNSx5bBH8Xunr

If you have have not already registered there is a Register link on the left side of the page. After you have logged in enter your number from the NOA1 (i.e. WAC0000000000) for your case number.

When the last updated date is changed your case has been touched by someone. You can also set up your account so you will get email responses when your petion/case is updated.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony

2007-08-23 : I-130 NOA 2 (Recived email from CRIS)

2007-04-02 : I-129F Sent to Chicago

2007-04-09 : I-129F NOA 1

2007-04-25 : I-129F Touched I129 transferred to CSC

2007-05-21 : I-129F Touched I129 Recieved at CSC

2007-08-23 : I-129F NOA 2 (Approved, recieved email from CRIS)

2007-09-24 : I-129F Recieved at NVC and Case Number assigned.

2007-09-26 : I-129F Left NVC and on its way to Chennai.

2007-10-05 : Chennai Embassy Recieved our Case

2007-11-01 : Interview date, K3 Visa issued with absolutely no questions.

2007-11-11 : POE JFK took less than half hour

I dont get how USCIS work. SOme people get approved when their case has never been touched, and ours has been touched 14 days straight and still there is nothing!! I dont understand them... But ya register on their website so you can check

Quick history

We met on 1 January 2006 while she was traveling in Hawaii. She came back to Hawaii in April 2006 for 3 weeks. We then continued long distance until June 2006 when I went to Oz and proposed. We then traveled around parts of the US together, then I was deployed to Iraq in August 2006. I came to Oz in February 2007 for my R&R leave for 2 and a half weeks and we got married. I then returned back to Iraq.. I'm due to finish my deployment in July.... NOW I KNOW SHE WILL BE THERE :o)

3/16/2007 - sent

3/19/2007 - NOA1 received

6/13/2007 - expedite request (due to military deployment to iraq)

6/15/2007 - touched, 6/16/2007 - touched, 6/18/2007 - touched, 6/19/2007 - touched, 6/21/2007 - touched, 6/22/2007 - touched

6/28/2007 - APPROVED VIA EMAIL, THANK YOU JESUS!!!!

6/28/2007 - called NVC, they received packet and have already sent to Consulate in sydney :o)

Imagine that ! I thought that each time that the case was touched something new would happen !

sometimes it seems that a touch mean they brushed off some dust...a touch is a good thing though, because you know your case it not lost or anything like that...

We only had like 3 touches on that site and it never told us when are case was approved. To me the site is not worth it's wild.
