Hi Transatlantic16,

 

We’re going to be in a similar position, just waiting on the confirmation of our O1 petition. But as far as I’m aware London aren’t processing O1 (or they haven’t explicitly said they are). They have explicitly mentioned spousal visas and student visa’s.

 

Have you submitted your DS-160?

I have not sibmitted the DS-160 yet  - I am actually currently in the US (on an existing o1) which makes this all even more complex!

 

Oh, that does make it more complex! 

 

Mine is new and for a position as a professor, so - I’m wondering if they’ll make allowances to give me an appointment as they are prioritising students and currently I’m not there to teach the students. But, I’m not sure they’ll take that into account. 

 

Maybe once you submit your DS-160 it will give you the option to book an appointment?
