Payment processed but no notification

Hello I submitted the forms to adjust status for my wife’s green card application. I submitted the notification of acceptance Form by text or email. USCIS charged my credit card but I haven’t gotten a text. Would they charge me if something was wrong with what I sent or would they not accept the payment at all ?? It’s been a little over a week since it was processed with credit card charge and I still haven’t gotten a text or email. It seems that everyone else has been getting a text notification a few days after they were charged. Anyone else have this same issue ??

It happens fairly often that they miss the g-1145 form, so people end up not getting anything until they receive the actual hardcopy (it's important to put this form on the top of the package to minimize the risk of them missing it). The acceptance email often ends up in the spam folder as well. If they processed the payment and it actually went through (ie not just pending) I wouldn't worry. I would just keep an eye out for the hardcopy in informed delivery and the mailbox. Right now it can take a few weeks to receive hardcopies from USCIS.

Did you ever hear back ? I also just woke up to a credit card charge from the Chicago lock box
