our expedite reason is my Visa expiry date am from Pakistan nd working in Dubai our interview location is abu Dhabi embassy after 3 months my Visa is going to be expire and still we are waiting for petition approval I can't stay here once my Visa expired is that strong reason ?

Either you renew your visa or move back to Pakistan. This isn't the most valid reason for expedition. Since probably you're not facing a major financial loss I assume.

That's life.  What is the hardship to the US Citizen besides separation from spouse?

Do you understand you have the option to convert to an adjustment of status?

I understand but in your case, your US spouse is not going to inflict a major financial loss of any sort. So the case for expedition is not quite valid. You may want to refer to this link for your understanding of expedition requests: https://www.uscis.gov/forms/forms-information/how-to-make-an-expedite-request

None of that is a reason for USCIS to expedite.  There are no medical reasons for either party or economic reasons for the petitioner or any national interest of the US being served.  If you return to Pakistan make sure that the NVC updates to the correct consulate.

Had the petitioner been living with you and needed to return to the US for work then you could have had a reason.

Sounds like you are just changing Consulates from Abu Dhabi to Islamabad.  No need to inform USCIS of this.  Deal with it when the case is at NVC.

In my experience no, that won’t be a valid reason. My husband was separated from our family for 15 months but that wasn’t reason enough to expedite.

There is no option at the USCIS stage to uploads.   If they asked for it to be emailed, then email.   Mailed - scan it and send it to her to print out and send.

She needs to be on here and asking these questions and providing copies as requested.
