The DC police and FBI are asking for the same "help" . They don't actually need your help with this, they have super advanced facial recognition, location data etc. What they want is for you to get used to the idea of ratting out your neighbors

Since many were already identified/are found with a two minutes Google search, I'm guessing they want to know their current location/gather more details. Whatever it is they need to do their job easier.  Not a police lady here 🤷

They don't need that either. You can find it if you use federal assistance pretty easily since everything is electronic these days

I told you why.... They want people used to narcing on each other. That is one way how they will ensure order in the new police state. Did you see the video of the cops in Scotland arresting a family for supposedly having a get together?

If something doesn't look right or sound right or makes a claim that is outrageous -- in the sense of provoking outrage -- people need to look it up. This didn't sound right to me. And it isn't.

Looks like the initial report was incorrect but it has been corrected. This report was from 8:48 EST.

 

Edit to add: that doesn't make it fake news. It makes it a report that was inaccurate at the time of reporting despite good faith reporting based on reliable sources.  A correction was made, which is exactly what we need to see.

Alrighty, thanks layla. That's good news, as apparently his condition was very serious.

 

A local reporter in the area was just told to get out, some threat of IED possibly? This is in the area near the Capitol and SCOTUS.

I haven't seen that video.

 

I wouldn't call on my neighbours for having a get together, partying loudly, or repairing cars in their driveway.  

 

I would not hesitate to call in if anyone threatened to hurt, or kill, someone.  I'm not a fan of the police, they are not the solution to all social and political problems...but they still have a role in our society.

I know right.... It took me a bit because I haven't been near a native Scot for a few years now. Maybe @laylalex can translate for us. 


Yes,  I have had to ask Scottish people if they were speaking English to me before. Where I worked at in Afghanistan thought they could save money by hiring Expats that were Scots to be mechanics. So I had to talk with them some to get stuff done, and it was a learning curve for sure.
