Only anti-fascists as long as you agree with them.

So are you saying they are anti-fascist when you agree with them, but they are not anti-fascist when you don't agree with them? Like, they're some kind of Schroedinger's cat people, where they don't know if they're anti-fascist or pro-fascist until they meet you and see if you agree with them?

Nearly all of the suggestions that someone is shot because of the color of their skin are wrong anyways. In the vast majority of investigations, the person who winds up shot puts themselves in the position to be shot, just like this lady did.

I could give you incident after incident where your statement is not true, but it would  be fruitless your mind is made up.

what else do you want? how do you not feel you arent the one asking for too much at this point? such entitlement

No they weren't, they were thrown out and refused to be heard on their merits. Their merits were not considered whatsoever even in Congress last night. Democrats simply repeated their own talking point about "we just count votes".. total garbage when that's not how they argued their own objections in 2001, 2005, and 2017. On the first one, I was totally on their side too. Either the Constitution is followed or it isn't. Consistency is necessary. Here it wasn't. So be it.

dude, everyone there yday was based on a complete lie and was willing to usurp OUR democracy. this is much worse than stealing plushies from target. its like you have no scope or depth of field here lol

That line is so funny to me because that is what the Left has been doing for months now. If they don't like a decision they will just riot and vandalize. Who was stealing plushies from target? Because the Right wasn't didn't try to burn down buildings with people in them, they didn't blind or maim officers, loot businesses

Many officers were seriously injured yesterday, one is in critical condition. If the mob had been left unchecked yesterday they would have been happy to kill anyone inside.

have you considered that maybe because its not valid/not supported by evidence? i know you maybe have read expert analyst tweets and forum posts, and judges just have legal court documents and gathered evidence from filing counsel thats definitely not as thorough as the evidence in your bookmarks folder

is this another one of those deep state things that non- q-anon just wont understand? if so, my bad.

It was. It was thrown out. Instead of people citing the number of cases and other talking points, should be looking at the merits. The courts clearly didn't either, but more importantly, Congress abdicated their responsibility to right that wrong. Failure all over, but it's far from the only one. Nonetheless, doesn't matter at this point. Now my concern is future elections.

Evidence please

I have no understanding of statistics. Or at least not a professional level of understanding. It's not my job to know. I full admit that you, as a math major and presumably somebody who uses statistics in their professional life (granted, I'm making a lot of presumptions here, correct me if any of that is wrong), could probably run circles around me in the field of statistics.

But I'm not an idiot. And when you step into a thread like this to say "the rejection rate of the ballots seems suspect to me, but I'm only interested in that from a purely mathematical sense"... well, maybe I'm talking like a two year old, but I wasn't born yesterday.

Nevertheless, if you are now saying that your curiosity over the low rejection rates of mail-in ballots is purely an intellectual (and statistical I guess?) curiosity to you, then I'll take you at your word going forward.

Cool.  We can be friends now. 👍

Prior lawsuit in Arizona about voting date. Lawsuits about changes to voting date. At this juncture I am not going to do people's homework after the exhaustive denial over the last two months. If there's something in particular about the cases you want to argue, I'm game, but I'm not wasting my time doing anyone else's homework. It's not my job to inform you about the things you want to make conclusions about incorrectly.

I'll admit, I was shocked by what happened yesterday.  I assumed that, if there was going to be a problem, it would be clashes with counter-protesters.  But then I heard that there wasn't going to be any organized counter-protests and I thought things would be fine.  I never, ever expected that.

The lawsuits failed. Why? Is it all a conspiracy?

I'm not too shocked tbh. Go read TD.win, as one example. People feel completely helpless, and rightfully so, that their vote means nothing. You have thousands of people across the nation who put themselves on the line to participate in contesting the election because they witnessed problems with the election, were prevented from observing the election, and so on. The result? Court doesn't even bother, throws it out. Media and leftists doxx them, try to ruin their lives.

All that needed to be done was to take their cases on their merit, investigate them (preferably this first), transparently, conclude, but all that was happening was people were being stifled. Republicans and Democrats didn't want election transparency, which is disturbing, and you have to wonder why. Nonetheless, all the stuff these people have dealt with over the last several years just for being a Trump supporter, they eventually reach a tipping point, and this was the release of some of that built up tension, with a few bad actors being opportunists and taking advantage of it. It looks pretty clear to me that if it continues it has the likelihood of being much worse next time.

I explained why. They were not heard on their merits. They were simply dismissed. The same thing happened in Congress last night. Democrats didn't bother addressing it either, they just wanted to talk about "all we do is count votes", which is not what they argued in 2001, 2005, and 2017 when they objected and contested elections then.
