Hi everyone, I'm also waiting for my receipt notice. I see everyone had to wait 22 to 24 days-- would that be business days or actual days?

USPS notified me my packet was delivered on July 15. I'm now at the day 27. I sent mine to the Chicago Lock box.

Hello Everyone

I sent my AOS package via USPS , it was delivered on 8/14 at USCIS Lockbox!

for what I've been reading, I am within time I guess. however I am worried, my K1 visa time expires on August 30th, (this next sunday)... will that be a problem if they open my package after my visa expires?

Yep, received a text with the receipt numbers Aug 16 and then the letters with my alien number Aug 22. I think you should be good regarding your concern of your k1 visa expiring. You sent it within 90 days of arriving. Also, in the letter apparently they did receive my packet within a week of it being delivered but they just didn't get around to putting it in the system. From my understanding as long as they acknowledge that they got it, you're good. Good luck!

Right. This is my experience as well. It took ~20 or so days until I received the NOA.
