Hello,
I need some advice. Here is my timeline:
1) Arrived on B2-visitor on February 27th, 2020. I-94 valid until August 26th, 2020.
2)  On June 25th, 2020, because of COVID-19 mayhem, all flights to india were cancelled so applied for I-539 to extend B2 for another six months.
3) August 8th, 2020: U.S. Citizen daughter applied for I-130 & I-485 concurrently.

My question is : Will i have any issues because i filed 485 while my 539 is still pending? I am still in status, because I-94 expiration is August 26th, 2020 and 485 was filed on August 8th, 2020. Do i need to now withdraw my I-539(Extension for B2 status)?

No you are fine. You can include the copy of I-539 receipt with your AOS package. Good luck.
