bank statements (my dad's company routine send my pay check every month), that's where I get sponsor from, maybe because of that I can get employment letter from my dad's company? And my brother is in the US studying under F-1, I live together with him when I'm in US.

I pay 3 kind of insurance ( Health, Death and House) in my country. I rent studio apartment too (contract for 2 years) pay every month automatically from my credit card. my parents lives here. do you think that's enough?

What kind of job allows you leave for two thirds of the year? Yeah I don’t think “dad’s company” is a great employment reference.

Even if you have all of this proof, spending more time in the USA than your home country is going to look like you are attempting to live in the USA. General rule of thumb is to remain in your home country more than the USA. For example, 3 months in the USA, 9 months in home country. As you experienced CBP knows and gets suspicious when You are close to and have hit the 6+month out of the year being in the USA.

As others have said, this will be risky and you could get a ban. There was a recent post on this forum about someone who stayed in the USA for 5 months and then went back to their home country. Upon returning to the USA this person was suspected of working in the USA and received a 5 year ban. There was no proof of working, it was suspected. It is up to the immigrant/visitor to prove there is no immigrant intent. They can also look at your arrival/departure records and most likely make decisions based on that record.

Do you honestly think that CBP will believe you're working for your father when you spend more time in the US than in your home country? You just admitted that you come to the US to "just chill and road trips". Obviously that is not a tie to home if you're receiving a paycheck but not actually working. Also, is there a particular reason you can't get your lump check in your home country? You don't need to come here to get something like that checked.

You're abusing your visa, you need to chill at home for a while.

Yea actually the money that I received is like my allowance for me to spend, but it directly comes from my dad's company.

Thank you for you guys advice, for now I will be my home country and gonna help (work) for my dad's company.

Maybe if I wanna visit my brother sometimes in Summer next year? Do you guys think it safe by then?
