Hi guys,

I am almost done my AOS application and I wanted to know if I should include the following record in addition to my travel history in my AOS package? It might be giving too much information. Any feedback would be great!

RE: No I-94 Issued
Applicant: NAME

Dear USCIS Officer:

I am writing this letter explaining that I did not have an I-94 issued at the land border during my entry into the United States from Canada. I entered the USA as a Canadian visitor on DATE using my Nexus card. My port of entry was Sarnia, ON/Port Huron, MI at the Blue Water Bridge crossing (Port Code 3802).

As a Canadian Citizen, I am not required to have my passport stamped when I cross the border into the United States and do not require an I-94 Arrival/Departure Record. I was inspected at the border after I scanned my Nexus card, and was allowed to enter the United States. No I-94 was received. My travel history (arrival/departure document) that I printed off the official I-94 website states my record of latest entry into the country of DATE.

If you have any questions or concerns, please call me at NUMBER. Thank you for the time taken in this case.

Sincerely,
