Adjustment of Status table of contents review

Hi guys,

I'm a Canadian citizen that came to America before the country locked down. I have an approved I-130 petition that is at NVC stage. Please take a look at my table of contents and provide any feedback. 

 

I am enclosing the following documents in support of my application for Adjustment of Status:

 

  1. Form I-485, Application to Adjust Status
  2. Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance
  3. Filing and biometric services fees of $1225 in the form of a personal check payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security
  4. Copy of my birth certificate, and certified translation
  5. Copy of marriage certificate short and long form
  6. Copy of both Notice of Approvals for I-130 petition and NVC documentarily qualified email.
  7. Copy of biographic page of passport, and front and back pictures of my Nexus card
  8. Copy Arrival-Departure Record from the official I-94 website
  9. Letter explaining that no I-94 was issued for my arrival via the land border on date of entry
  10. Document printed from USCIS website explaining no I-944 required at date of filing.
  11. Two identical passport-style color photographs
  12. Form I-864-EZ, Affidavit of Support from my spouse along with the following documents:
    1. Employment letter
    2. Six months of recent pay stubs
    3. Copies of 2019 1040
    4. Copies of W-2's for 2019
    5. Biographic page of petitioner's passport
    6. Copy of petitioner's birth certificate

 

I am enclosing the following documents in support of my application for Employment Authorization:

 

  1. Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization
  2. Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance
  3. Copy of biographic page of passport
  4. Copy Arrival-Departure Record from the official I-94 website
  5. Letter explaining that no I-94 was issued for my arrival via the land border on date of entry
  6. Copy of marriage certificate short and long form
  7. Two identical passport-style color photographs

 

I am enclosing the following documents in support of my application for Advance Parole:

 

  1. Form I-131, Application for Travel Document
  2. Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance
  3. Copy of biographic page of passport
  4. Copy of Arrival-Departure Record
  5. Letter explaining that no I-94 was issued for my arrival via the land border on date of entry
  6. Copy of marriage certificate short and long form
  7.  Explanation of why Advanced Parole is required
  8. Two identical passport-style color photograph
