Hi, I filed June 2020. Anyone in here at the Vermont processing center? Our case got moved from Texas to Vermont in February with no notification.  They have a super huge backlog unless their information on processing times is incorrect? Im super frustrated!

Update, so I see Visa Journey lists its own professing times for each service center too? USCIS lists something ridiculous for Vermont like 2 year wait. But here on Visa Journey it state Vermont is on October 2020? I recieved my first notice June 10th 2020. My case was tranferred I believe in February from Texas to Vermont.

My case was transferred from Nebraska to California without notification as well (which adds up to the processing time rather than reducing it...). While VisaJourney stated that CSC is still processing cases for April 2020 and USCIS website stated that they are only processing I-130 spouse cases for March 2019, my case got approved a while ago which is ahead of these estimated timelines.

Thank you for your response. We shall see what happens then. I guess you cant go by those processing times.

Yes it seems they are next to useless for giving you any idea when your case will be processed.

Visajourney's time scales are just a 'best guess' based on averages from all the people who update their timelines here, which is probably a very small sample size overall. It can give you a very rough idea but really, it's still anyone's guess when an individual petition will be processed.

Thank you for your response, it seems very much that way.

Congratulations! You are very lucky! We filed 4 days before you guys and still haven't even had I-130 approved...

Really glad to hear it is still moving well for some people though, good luck for your interview! It must be so nice to be close to putting this whole process behind you, congratulations again 😊🎉

Sorry to hear that your I-130 is taking so long.  I know it's frustrating to see others move more quickly than you.  I saw a post where they got married in December via a proxy marriage. She went and visited, filed her I-130 in Jan, already approved and he has his visa already and is in the US.  Crazy.  Keep your chin up it will happen eventually

Hello everyone! We filed July 15th, and today we received the response that our I-130 was approved yesterday! We got the following message

On May 26, 2021, we approved your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number, and sent you an approval notice. Please follow the instructions in your notice. If you do not receive your approval notice by June 25, 2021, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Does anyone know roughly how long it takes for it to be passed on to NVC? Thanks :D
