Want to share with you good news I woke up to this morning. Both cases were approved yesterday! God is good!

 

PD: July 10

Approved: October 21

CR1 and CR2

Nebraska service center

Petitioner is a US sitizen

 

We tried to expedite back in August but the request was denied

Dave again with an update Filed I-130 online for my wife and stepdaughter in Thailand.   Nebraska Service Center I-130 sent July 15 2020 NOA1         July 16, 2020 Approv

Logged on to MyUSCIS today and saw our petition was approved. The application went under review around 2/5, approved notice showed up on 2/8. Hope others will see progress soon!

11-20-2019 - mailed docs to NVC

12-20-2019 - DS-260 done

01-28-2020 - NVC DQ-ed

02-08-2020 - husband flew back to the States

 

02-14-2020 - IV interview scheduled for 03-31-2020

03-15-2020 - pending IV interview cancelled due to COVID

08-04-2020 - US Embassy notified us - not eligible for a follow -to-join immigration route anymore. Spouse has naturalized. Advised to re-start the process with I-130 😯

"2 heart attacks" and a month later....

 

09-08-2020 - applied online I-130 

09-09-2020 - NOA1 sent out 

09-16-2020 - received NOA1 hardcopy, case pending at Texas SC, 

                      Online case status check, shows case pending at Nebraska SC

09-09-2020 - touched

09-10-2020 - touched

09-14-2020 - touched

10-19-2020 - touched

Congrats!!! Our PD is July 11 but stuck in Potomac. We in this for the long haul!

I filed for my husband in February 2018 and was approved and he came to the US in June 2019. I filed for my stepchildren in July 2020 (PD 7/17/2020). Unfortunately we are at the Potomac Service Center. Hopefully they will not take as long but I know that Potomac is slow from experience. I am keeping my fingers crossed it moves faster this time.

Hey Everyone, 
So I had a few touches a few days ago and then nothing for a few days. 
I woke up today to an approved I-130!!! It was approved October 23rd, but I didn't get the information till today!
We are very happy!!
We were at Nebraska Service Center. 

My PD was July 3rd 2020. 

Good luck to everyone still waiting! I hope it goes quickly for all of you ❤️
