AOS I-485 Greencard Question - Vietnamese Name

My wife and I did k1 visa

 

 

On her Vietnamese passport and on her k1 visa her GIVEN name reads in this order

 

This is just an example: Thi Thi Wen

 

Thi Thi is her middle name

Wen is her first name

 

When we filled out our marriage license, her given name is written in the same order as her visa, rather than : Wen Thi Thi (american way).

 

On her social security card it reads: Thi Thi Wen followed by my last name

 

will this be a problem when we file for AOS? because on all of her documents, marriage license and social secruity, it still shows her name in Vietnamese order (Thi Thi Wen) , rather than the American way (Wen Thi Thi)

on the i-485, which is the correct way of writing her name due to the fact that on our marriage license and SS card it reads Thi Thi Wen

Maybe post on the regional forum since it's a very specific questions.

 

Most countries doesn't switch first and middle names so not everyone will know what to do.

 

My opinion is that since they are specifically First and Middle, write the forms accordingly.
