You haven´t provided enough info to have an accurate answer.  Normally the petitioner will deal with the NVC.

 

If you are documentarily qualified then it is just up to the NVC to schedule the appointment depending on if you are subject to an EO or closed consulate.  You are not in any sort of jeopardy.

 

If you are not documentarily qualified then you generally have a year to update them or your petition (if I-130) goes into storage and you have to pay to get it back.

October 29, 2018 Applied for Social Security Card - November 5, 2018 Social Security Card received

November 6th, 2018 State ID Card Received, Applied for Global Entry - Feb 8,2019 Approved.

July 14, 2020 Removal of Conditions submitted by mail  July 12, 2021 Biometrics Completed

August 6, 2021 N-400 submitted by mail

September 7, 2021 I-751 Interview, Sept 8 Approved and Card Being Produced

October 21, 2021 N-400 Biometrics Completed  

November 30,2021  Interview, Approval and Oath

December 10, 2021 US Passport Issued

August 12, 2022 PHL Dual Nationality Re-established & Passport Approved 

April 6,2023 Legally Separated - Oh well

You have time to file the AOS. Do not take more than a year.

 

But why wait?  One would think that you would want to have everything ready and past the NVC so that once the consulate reopens, and the Executive Order is lifted, you can get the interviews.

You have 1 year from the date of your NOA 1 approval to submit all the documents to NVC.

You have a whole year to submit the documents to NVC however I would not advise you to wait for a year.
