Hi

did anybody get their AOS interview rescheduled in Milwaukee, that was cancelled due to Covid, since they reopened? Ours was originally scheduled for April 4th, got cancelled on March 26, still waiting for it to be rescheduled..would like to see if they even started rescheduling interviews..

thanks in advance for any replies

Hi! I'm in Wisconsin too, but we sent our AOS packet in July. Trying to find Wisconsin experiences... I talked to a lady a couple of days ago, she's in Wisconsin as well. She's a March filer and hasn't received news. Hope everything starts to go faster now that Milwaukee office is open again!

After looking and looking and not finding an AOS Wisconsin FB group, I created one. Find it as Adjustment of Status Wisconsin If you know somebody else in the same process in our state, let them know and join!

Hi!  We are also Milwaukee and we were scheduled for April 18th!  (We filed in December.)  We received our cancellation notice around the same time as you, and we're still waiting for it to be rescheduled.  I'm wondering if you've heard anything since you posted?  Since we have similar timelines, it would be great to stay connected!

Hi

We would definitely like to keep in touch, There is a private  Facebook group for people in the same situation with cases in Milwaukee,  feel free to join, so we can share experiences and concerns easily

"Adjustment of status WISCONSIN 2020" is the name of the group

That is so frustrating :( I wonder why it's taking them so long? It seems like everyone else is moving pretty fast..

I don't understand how they are working. There are WI people waiting for biometrics since March and some July filers having it one month after PD. I'm not expecting hearing something soon, but at least I would like to know they're working in oldest cases first. I don't understand anything hahahaha...

What? Some July filers already had their appointments? Wow.. that is so stupid!! I mean we're all just waiting and hearing that frustrates me even more..

So, I tried calling this morning and waited for 40 minutes to talk to a representative. I asked if I could talk to a Tier 2 officer and all she told me that he/she would tell me the same thing as she did with "I will have to wait a little more since the ASC's are backed up"...

Update from my side: contacted USCIS again and they said that it can now take up to 90 days after reopening to get a biometrics appointment but it shouldn't take any longer than that. Has anyone received anything at all? I feel like they aren't moving forward at all..
