VJ members need to know if case is fiancee (K1 ) or spouse (CR1) to answer this question

K1 gets paid at embassy and Casa is not doing any of those interviews at this time

CR1 would have been billed to petitioner and paid to NVC allowing the immigrant to fill out the ds 260

But at this time Casa is only doing cases that have been interviewed and need new medical exams as the original medical has expired (and those interviews start in September)

You can not solve the problem

You have to wait for embassy to be fully functional and open for all cases

Be patient
