These interviews are not cancelled interviews from last year right? So this means they are moving forward on scheduling interviews from their backlog of pending cases?

Correct,  it also says this on the consulate website.  March and April had canceled interviews. They're still way behind,  but nice to know it's moving along again.

Does anyone know if they are making interview appointments by the priority date? or the DQ from NVC date?

Usually PD is used more for ppl petitioned by residents when their date is current is when they will be assigned their interviews

ppl petitioned by citizens use the CC or DQ date as guide to when their interview will be assigned

Looks like they have been assigning interviews this week for those with CC July/August 2019. But only if the beneficiary is not in the US.

Anyone else here is feeling forgotten? Like, W T F, they say they schedule them in the order in which they came in, but they are clearly not doing that.

Anyways, good luck to all of us!

I joined one of the FB groups, just to see what was going on in there, I find it hard to follow. I saw some people from those months saying they got interviews, but then there's still a bunch from prior months with nothing, even some who had their interviews cancelled the year before.

I could see why they would do that, but it would be nice if they followed what they said they would be doing.

I just saw on FB group some with cc August 28th, the already has an appointment in may.

I saw some from August as well, nice to see it moving along, but there's a lot of people before August who still haven't gotten their date yet
