Hi guys , does anybody know what can i really do if my wife successfully immigrated  to United states 2 month ago and still not received her green card or social security card. 
please provide me with resource , who to contact if you guys do have. Thank you.

 

i called social security Administration but all they keep saying is homeland security have not send her information over yet

 Are you able to check if USCIS sent your green card: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do 

 

Are you aware if it was mailed?

  • August 3: biometrics done
  • October 1: notice for interview - online 
  • November 9: interview, approval recommendation, placed in line for oath ceremony 
  • November 22: notice for oath - online

My wife's case

Old Category: F21

Emailed NVC on Dec 18, 2021

New Category (on Dec 28, 2021): IR1

 

Application priority date (I 130): 03/23/2018

USCIS Approval: 08/09/2019

Welcome Letter: 10/15/2019

Submission to NVC: 02/03/2020

I-864 Rejected (minor error): 03/09/2020

DQ'ed: 06/19/2020 (100 days of second time)

Expedite Request NVC: 03/03/2022

Expedite Approval NVC: 03/04/2022 (15 hours)

Nope it still say visa payment received
and social security card wasn’t mail yet according to their representatives. 
I don’t know if covid impacted this process since everything is pretty much online. Even though my wife have the stamp that good for 1 year at the airport it still worried me a little bit.

I heard that their printing process was slow. It is worth to call them maybe: 1 (800) 375-5283 (USCIS Customer Service). 

And I'm sure you have already paid the fees.

Yes already paid and everything, i had called many times and same answer was given as above. I will continue waiting . At least my Wife is here , that is the most important part :D

Of course, if they said that they have not mailed your Green Card (because it hasn't been printed yet) then they have the newest update for you.

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
