Can’t find answer for this question

So i lost my green card and i am in deportation process. I went to the court and my lawyer asked the judge to do adjustment of status based on my current marriage of us citizen. 
I applied for i 130 and got approved. Now i have a hard time to find joint sponsor to apply for adjustment because my wife income is not enough . My question is i am still legally working as a driver for uber so can i use my income too with my us citizen wife to complete the income requirement or not ??

we also filled the last year tax return jointly for 2019 so can we use this one For the minimum income requirement??! 
in other way can I sponsor myself ?

Given the history of your case(s) and your conditional GC from first marriage has now been revoked, you lost all work authorisations with it... an approved i130 dosent give work authorisation, you need to file for AOS and EAD in order to continue to work legally..

The decision on my first case is not final there is court still didn’t give decision about it . I still have valid ssn and work legally!!

For the I-864 for AOS, you cannot self-sponsor without EAD and you can’t AOS until you’ve lost the current GC in which case you’ll lose EAD and need to apply for a new one, so your in a catch 22 type situation when the courts finalise your case..

Could your wife work a second job/work more hours until you are able to adjust status?

In all (most?) states, Uber drivers are self employed, income is shown on your tax return. What is your lawyer advising you to do?
