Hi all,

I am trying to book my medical and it seems to be permanently engaged.Anyone else have this trouble?

Dates as follow, (not legal advise)....

Met my partner - Jan 22nd 05
Got engaged - May 6th 06

Sent I-129F to Nebreska - Feb 21st -07
NOA1 - Feb 28th -07
NOA2 - May 22nd -07

Applied for my police record - June 4th -07
Pack 3 arrived!!! - June 21st -07
Police record(37 days)! - July 11th -07
Posted pack 3 back via signed for, next day delivery - July 25th -07
Medical - August 2nd -07
Apparently pack 3 was today signed for after going into a PO Box! - Aug 3rd -07 (9 days late)

So far 21 weeks

Pack 4 turned up! Interview end of August! - August 9th 07

Interview - 31st Aug 07 -Approved!!
27 weeks and 3 days from start to interview

Hmm my fiance didn't have that problem. Then again, I know they've changed it since my fiance did it. Maybe someone more 'recent' will happen along here and can tell us. :)

I booked mine the other day. It was permanently engaged but if you keep hitting redial, you do get through. It took me about 20 minutes of redialling.

Find a phone with a good redial button... :whistle:

Hi there, if you are trying to book your medical with the Knightsbridge Doctors in London, the line can get very busy in the morning. I would suggest calling after 11am to book and try the number 0207 486 7822. I just had my medical there on Wednesday. Took me a few attempts to get through, and to wait about 2 weeks for an appointment, but once i was there, they were very friendly and the appointment didn't last more than 90mins.

02/29/2008 - Wedding Day!

03/29/2008 - Mailed AOS packet to Chicago registered mail

04/04/2008 - Delivered to Chicago Lockbox

04-10-2008 - Check cashed!

04-12-2008 - NOA1s arrive for AP & AOS

04-18-2008 - Biometrics appt letter arrives

04-29-2008 - Biometrics appointment!

04-30-2008 - AOS status shows up online

05-16-2008 - AP status shows up online - both AP & AOS are touched!

06-05-2008 - AP touched and email sent saying AP has been approved

06-12-2008 - AP arrives in the mail

07-10-2008 - Interview letter arrives - interview scheduled for 09/05/08

09-05-2008 - Interview in SF (don't bring your cellphone!) -- approved! Email sent saying card has been ordered!

09-13-2008 - Welcome to the United States letter arrives

09-15-2008 - Green card arrives in the mail! YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY

Thanks All,

Finally got an appointment after only 4HRS!!!!! on hitting redial.

Then when i finally got through the woman put me on hold all the time and my mobile credit nearly ran out! LOL

But finally got it sorted.
