I did not include a cover letter could that be the reason or may be lack of evidence at this stage ???

because I’m pretty sure that there is no flaws in my application, I mean filled it correctly and signed it where it needs to be signed.

Are they gonna send me back the whole package or just a letter?

thank you

sometimes you get unlucky and the contractors reject even though you filed everything. but the odds are like 5/100

duh

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

it happened to my case. idiots in the locbox rejected even though my petition was filed correctly. They wasted 40 days before sending it back so i spend another 20$ to send back the application again

My wife's ROC application was initially rejected due to her dumb husband insisting she didn't need to include a copy of her green card with her packet. He clearly did not follow the guides here on VJ. Whoops.

It ultimately wasn't that bad of a delay. She got her GC around the same time as everyone else who submitted their I-751 (at least those who posted here on VJ).

It wouldn't be rejected for insufficient evidence. That would be a RFE later down. It's usually one of the things already mentioned or an incorrect form version (can't remember when last they updated).

I don't know. I am pretty sure I provided all the evidence, even more then what they needed for the fee waiver.

Documentation is the key.   Include a cover letter summarizing the evidence and situation.

It is very uncommon to see an I-751 to be fee waived other than in VAWA cases.

Thank you. I will try to rearrange the documents and put the cover letter to summarize it. Hope it goes through this time.
