I just checked and says 9.5 to 15 months, but my case says September 2021 and I applied in April 2020, so that's 17 months. I wouldn't trust those processing times 😒😭

My case status changed slightly but there is no new notification. It previously said that my case was received and a notice was mailed to me. Now it says that my case was received, a notice was emailed to me, and that my case is being processed "at our National Benefits Center location". A receipt number is now also included. Has this happened to anyone else? My processing time is 7 months, I have not received any notice yet regarding biometrics or an interview.

Have you checked if you have a reuse letter under "documents"?
