My biometrics were scheduled only because I wrote to a Senator. Otherwise I would still be waiting. 

They are  mess. 

which senator, maybe we should all write a letter together and demand them to speed things up in colorado.

That's not how it works. We can't demand anything. You can write to any of the Colorado senators and kindly request if they can inquire about your case.  We are not in a position of demanding things. 

 

But honestly you applied at the end of July, I applied in April. There are a lot of people from March, April and May whose cases have not advanced yet. 

 

I'm surprised people from June have gotten responses before people who applied before them.

Correct, I have a pending I751 as well, but I haven't done biometrics for that as of yet either (filed July 2019)

Just noticed in my uscis online account under "Documents" there is a 'Biometric reuse' letter uploaded, but the online status is still showing "we have received your application" but atleast there is some movement.

Hello. I just had my biometrics appointment today. As a reminder, I applied in April. 

Now I have to wait for them to schedule my interview.

Hello my fellow Denver filers. I have bad news. I went for the biometrics appointment today and I just checked the My USCIS website. It says there's nothing I need to do and the wait time is 9 months. So embrace yourselves for a long wait. Here's the status of my case.

Thanks for this update. I have not received any news about biometrics yet but my estimated wait time is 7 months. Do you think that's accurate?

Look like it is a long wait, since they cant even get everyone schedule for a biometric appointment.

No, I do t think that's accurate. My case at first said February 2021, then it moved to April 2021 and after doing the biometrics it now says September 2021. 

 

You won't know the updated estimated date until you do the biometrics.

They are probably scheduling the biometrics for people who applied at the end of April now.

You won't know the updated estimated date until you do the biometrics.

It all depends on your local office and if you get a Biometrics appointment or they reuse them from previous cases.
