Hello fellow Denver filers!

Update on my N400 case which was filed under the 3-year rule and removing conditions case has still not been approved.

Filed in October 2022

Interview date March 30 2023

Close to 6 months since the date of filing. Any tips are welcome on the interview. I am glad to see that same day oath is possible at the Denver office.

I will post my interview experience once it is done. Good luck to all that are waiting.

Interesting, had to create a new account with the IRS to get transcripts (wish I'd known that before uploading entire tax returns in my application).

I can only get transcripts for the last 3 returns (not counting 2022 which I haven't submitted yet), is this similar to others here?

Well looks like my wife's i751 packet isn't here during her n400 interview. So we can't do a same day oaths. We might have to delay the oath since she's going to the Philippines to bring the baby to her parents to meet.

She's getting her passport stamp and they will  schedule oath after June 1.

I have my interview next week and I was hoping to have the same day oath ceremony. But what I am understanding from your post is that if the I-751 documents has not been transferred to the Denver office, then we cannot do the same day oath. Is that correct?

So, interesting thing today, logged into my USCIS account for a random check and it said my processing time had increased to 7 months, which was a big surprise as it was at 5 months.

Then I noticed a case status update saying that my interview has been scheduled March 27th and a letter for the interview notice is being mailed.

Checked documents and the interview letter is there, printed it off and have a date of May 2nd!

Here's a good one for you, filed 2022 taxes (finally and before deadline with no extensions like last year) and as I submitted online my 2017 & 2018 returns, I wanted to get the IRS tax transcripts.

Used the phone system and IRS can only provide transcripts back to 2019.

Looks like the IO is going to have a very large tax return package to go along with the rest of my documentation.

All quiet on the Denver front it seems, noticing that Texas filers in January are getting movement on their interviews and approvals which is great news.

From those that have done their interview in the Centennial office, has everyone had a same day oath on approval? Is it mixed?

I'm applying on the 5 year but have been eligible through K1 for over 5 years.

My friend had his interview last January and would've been offered a same-day ceremony but he had to get it scheduled due to a name change.

I had my interview on March 30. I was in the building for maybe an hour in total. It was super easy and went really well but since my I-751 case was still pending, there was no final decision on N400. The officer had to request a transfer of that file from LIN service center and approve that first. Today (April 13) got notification that the I-751 case has been transferred. I am hoping both will be approved soon and the oath ceremony will be scheduled right after.

Update: On April 14, both I-751 and N400 were approved. Waiting for the oath ceremony to be scheduled.
