AR-11 COA

Hello everyone,

I am trying to complete a COA for my husband via the AR-11 form online. I know that I need to submit a mail version of the form also, however I got a cosponsor since I am a student. Would I need to complete a mail change of address for myself, or not since I have a cosponsor?

 

Also, on the AR-11, I was had I485, and the form subtype as family based adjustment. However when I tried to enter the form I131 and I765, it do not show the subtype. How can I get the subtype to show up on the other 2 forms?

The immigrant will file AR-11 online or by mail. Don't need to send both.

 

The sponsor needs to file I-865 to update their address. But this is only necessary after the green card is issued. If you're still gonna have an interview, the 864 is not in effect yet, so you can just bring an updated 864 to the interview.

 

You as the main sponsor also filled out a 864, so it doesn't matter if you have a joint Sponsor.

 

No subtype necessary for 765 and 131.
