so seems like they have made some progress.. good.

May 14th DQ should hopefully have an interview lined up for End Jan, if not Early Feb..

hoping for the best.

Hi, is it mandatory to have the IRS transcripts for interview??? I have the tax return 1040 form and w2's but can't get transcripts on time

No it’s not. It says on the CEAC website that the beneficiary is NOT required to bring sponsorship paperwork to the interview. They just need to bring the items requested in the list like medical, police certificate etc. basically their own documents and NOT the sponsors paperwork that includes the IRS transcripts.

If not tomorrow hopefully they’ll send next week before thanksgiving holidays. If not, then maybe in December you can expect then May people Will come
