If the petitioner wants to visit Pakistan, why would it mess up things for the applicant?

I’ve heard if applicant is in pak at time of interview, they ask tougher questions from the beneficiary... 😕

They seem like theories to me. My husband wants to visit Pakistan in Dec and my DQ is mid May. I don't think its logical. We shouldn't believe everything discussed here because most of them are opinions not facts.

If your husband stays there for a few weeks only; that’s not a problem at all. I agree with you a lot of people have only theories.

The whole idea of the immigration interview is to prove that your marriage is bona fide. If anything request visits from your spouse should validate it more. We should be prepared for everything, but considering the current events overthinking and spiralling is worse. Things will happen when they happen.

😭 the interview letter would take 1-2 months?

I think they are gonna schedule late April cases with may now. I don't want to disappoint you but if they wanted to schedule it in December they would have sent interview letters that day, which means they are planning to do it in January. So, you will most probably receive interview letter in mid December and your interview will be early January

Fully agreed, being with your spouse at the time of interview can only prove things more thn making it difficult. As long as you have proof of domicile you are good

I dont think so to be honest. Maybe they will do it this month .. i mean they finished March DQ all at once . This way with one DQ Month they’re taking 2 months ..?
